Our repair philosophy can be broken down into three simple areas:

1. Fix The Immediate Problem

We will provide you with an estimate to fix the problem you brought your automobile into our facility for. We will not perform any repairs until we get your approval.

2. Other Needed Repairs

Your safety and your family's safety are our first priority. During the process of diagnosing, repairing, and safety checking your auto, we may come across items that need immediate attention. If we do find a safety issue with your vehicle, we will provide you with our recommendations and an estimate, without sales pressure. The decision is yours to repair your vehicle, get a second opinion or another estimate, or to do nothing.

3. Preventative Maintenance

We believe that the proper way to maintain an auto's safety, appearance and value is through regularly scheduled Preventative Maintenance that follow your car manufacturer's recommendations. We can supply you with this information without an estimate and sales pressure. The choice is yours.
